Shipping policy

Shipping Liability: 

On average the Majority of all non light bearing holster orders ship within 2-7 Days. Please allow 7-21 days for Light bearing/custom made holsters. (Estimated Lead times can change frequently due to order volume.) I understand that once my package is entrusted to a shipping provider  i.e. UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, USPS, Amazon etc.  and or any other third party  that JBHolsterMods/Holstermods.com does not have control over my package. Additionally, I agree that once such common carrier delivers my package to the address I specified, I am fully responsible for the safety of my package (please make sure that the common carrier has access to a safe location at which to deliver your package or a specified lockable delivery drop off contained box or crate If available

If a package is lost or stolen and you purchased shipping insurance  at checkout we will replace the lost or stolen item.

If your lost or stolen item was not insured you may file a claim directly through the shipping provider and if need be file a police report for said item or items to assist the shipping provider with their investigation.
